Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was a bit disappointed with the room, especially considering the high room rate. It could have been cleaner and slightly more spacious. On the bright side, the hotel's location was really good and convenient.
The hotel was immaculate and serviced promptly every day, although a bit more space in the rooms would have been nice. The high room rate was justified by the cleanliness and upkeep, but some may find the room size a bit tight.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were not as clean as expected given the high room rate, they could have been slightly more spacious. On the positive side, the location was really good for easy access from Kansai International Airport, close to a konbini, train stations, and just a 20-minute walk to Dotonburi. The dining options were diverse with many choices including sushi, congee, and more. Service was decent with good housekeeping and laundry services, but unfortunately, the hotel felt very crowded, almost like a college canteen every night.
For the price paid, the rooms could have been slightly more spacious, but they were considerably clean. The service, especially housekeeping and laundry, was satisfactory. The location was convenient, being close to the main shops and train station. The dining experience offered a variety of options but lacked in puddings. Facilities were adequate overall.
The hotel was in a convenient location, close to main shops and the train station. The rooms could have been slightly more spacious for the high room rate, but they were considerably clean. The service, especially housekeeping and laundry, was excellent. The dining options were varied, including sushi, congee, stir-fried noodles/rice, and more. However, the hotel looked like a college canteen and was full every night, making it a bit loud. Overall, a handy location with good service and dining choices.
The hotel was a bit disappointing in terms of room size and cleanliness considering the high room rate, but the location was excellent with easy access from Kansai International Airport. It was very convenient, close to main shops and the train station, resembling a college canteen.
I found the hotel to be quite satisfactory overall. The rooms may not have been as clean as expected considering the high room rate, but the lobby area was well-maintained. It would have been nice if the rooms were slightly more spacious. However, the location was really good for easy access from Kansai International Airport, although it could get very crowded resembling a college canteen. Close proximity to a konbini and train stations was convenient, and a 20-minute walk to Dotonburi was manageable every night from 10 pm to 11 pm.
The hotel was spotless and made up promptly every day, offering a comfortable stay. However, considering the high room rate, the room cleanliness could have been better, and a bit more spacious. The location was very handy, close to main shops and the train station, making it convenient. On the downside, the dining area looked like a college canteen, impacting the overall experience.
